What to expect
Saturday, December 19, 1 to 4 p.m. in Room 201 of the JDF 55+ Activity Centre (the Silver Threads Centre) at the Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre. Enter from Ocean Boulevard.
Tau Wellness Cooperative’s First Threads cast is inviting puppets and their operators from across the Island. Has your puppet been complaining about something all year? The Airing of Grievances is its chance, followed by Feats of Strength with the barbells.
Newcomers are welcome and you don’t need to bring a puppet. No membership required. There are 20 free places for people, puppets come along free, and each person needs their own RSVP.
