A Hooting Time with HAT (Guided Walk)

The short versionSunday 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Mill Hill Regional Park, free.

What to expect

Sunday, November 22, 10 to 11:30 a.m. Meet at the information kiosk at the parking lot off Atkins Avenue.

A CRD Regional Parks naturalist and the Habitat Acquisition Trust talk owls, including the endangered western screech owl, with activities for all ages. The route is a 600 m loop with roots, steep bits and rocky sections, and there is an accessible washroom near the lot. Please leave dogs at home. CRD says outings with a fee or registration are marked as such, and this one is not.
