What to expect
Saturday, December 12, 1 to 2 p.m., in Market Square off Johnson Street.
The 48th annual Victoria Holiday Tubas, the event many people still call Tuba Christmas, brings more than 100 tuba and euphonium players together in the square for an hour of carols. It is outdoors, it is wonderfully loud, and you are invited to sing along. Donations go to the Times Colonist Christmas Fund.
