Social Saturdays - Murder Mystery Night

Saturday, November 21, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Archie Browning Sports Centre.

The setup: it is the night of the annual Disco Dancing Competition, last season’s winner has turned up dead behind the discotheque, and the club’s owner says nobody leaves until he knows who did it. Ten suspect roles are drawn at random from the people who register and handed out a week ahead by email. Everyone else comes as a witness and invents their own character. Costumes are encouraged, and disco is the dress code.

Esquimalt Recreation runs it with Enigmatic Events Collective, a Victoria company that makes games and puzzles for a living. It is 19 and over and you need to register. The Township’s page does not list a price, so check it when you sign up.
