What to expect
Saturday, November 14, 6 to 8 p.m. in the multipurpose room at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre.
Saanich’s Community Youth Poet, Bennett Gilleland, hosts a night for youth and emerging poets. There are live readings, poets writing custom poems on the spot, and tables of original work for sale: chapbooks, zines, pamphlets, and collections.
It is free and all ages. If you know a teenager who writes, this is the one to bring them to.
