What to expect
Saturday, November 28, 1:30 to 3 p.m. Meet at the Durrance Lake parking lot off Durrance Close, off Willis Point Road.
Follow the clues along the trail with a CRD Regional Parks naturalist to work out who the mystery creature is, with Durrance Lake alongside. The route is 1.2 km of flat, compact gravel, which makes it an easy one for small legs, and there is an accessible washroom near the parking lot. CRD asks that pets stay home on its programs. Outings with a fee or registration are marked as such, and this one is not.
