What to expect
Saturday, October 31, along Oak Bay Avenue from Foul Bay Road to Monterey Avenue. It happens every Halloween: the Avenue’s shops and the Municipal Hall hand out treats in store, and you can tell which shops are in by the pumpkin poster in the window.
The District has not posted hours for this year. The treats are handed out in the shops, so plan on shop hours, in the afternoon, and check the District’s page on the day before you head out. We will add the time here once it is posted.
It is a short, flat stretch of village with a coffee at every corner, which makes it about the easiest trick-or-treat there is for small legs.
