Oak Bay Night Market
One Wednesday a month, Oak Bay Avenue closes to traffic and the village turns into a European-style evening market. The last market of 2026 is September 9, from 4 to 8 p.m.
On the second Wednesday of June, July, August, and September, Oak Bay Village becomes an open-air evening market between 4 and 8 p.m. In-season produce from southern Vancouver Island, preserves, baking, street food, and local beer, wine, and spirits. Oak Bay Avenue closes to traffic from Municipal Hall to Monterey Avenue from 3 to 9 p.m. September 9 is the last one of 2026.
