Esquimalt Ribfest

Three days of competitive ribbers, live music, food trucks, and local brewers on Bullen Field, September 11 to 13. Entry is free for the whole family, so you only pay for what you eat.

Bullen Field turns into a barbecue lot for a weekend, with competitive ribbers set up alongside live music, food trucks, and local brewers. Friday and Saturday run 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday wraps at 9 p.m. Entry is free for the whole family, so the only cost is whatever you decide to eat, and the organizers pitch it as a day out for people of all ages and abilities.
