The Esquimalt Farmers Market's one-day holiday market fills the Rec Centre on Fraser Street on Sunday, November 22, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. More than 90 vendors, heavy on gourmet food and kitchen gifts, plus artisan crafts and youth vendors.

The market bills it as the place food lovers do their Christmas shopping: over 90 vendors from this summer, this fall, and seasons past, with gourmet treats, artisanal condiments, and food-adjacent gifts like handmade pottery, linens, and kitchenware.
It is not only food. Expect handmade jewellery, clothing, ornaments, greeting cards, artwork, and a run of youth vendors. The vendor map goes up on the market’s page once the roster is final.
The weekly Indoor Fall Market carries on in the same building on Thursdays through December 17.
