Thursday evenings at Memorial Park bring Island growers, makers, and hot food vendors together, with a playground right beside the stalls. Two outdoor Thursdays left before the market heads indoors for the fall.
The long summer hours are done. For the last two outdoor Thursdays of the season, September 17 and 24, the market runs 4:30 to 7 p.m. in Memorial Park. Island produce, bakers, makers, and hot food, with the playground right there for the kids. It moves indoors to Esquimalt Recreation Centre on October 1 and runs there through December 17, so this is the stretch to go while the stalls are still under open sky.
